Top 4 Steps to Applying BBQ Pals Premium Meat Rub

  1. Blot the meat with a paper towel. This absorbs any moisture that may be present on the meat’s surface.
  2. Apply olive oil to all sides of the meat. This allows for the dry rub to adhere to the meat.
  3. Use one hand to sprinkle the rub and the other to spread it evenly across the surface of the meat. Vigorously rub the seasoning into the meat.
  4. For larger slabs of meat, clench your fist and push the seasoning into the meat with your knuckles.

Of course, you may want to experiment in order to refine this recipe to suit your particular preferences. We have found this to be a hit with most people and the reaction to the enhanced flavored meat has been overwhelmingly positive.
